Our story
GreenShoots is built by TurnKey I.T. Solutions, a software company based in Somerset that has been designing and delivering bespoke systems since 2013.
Over that time we have worked with organisations of every size, from government departments and healthcare providers to multi-national businesses. Across all of them we have earned trust the only way that lasts: by consistently delivering systems that work reliably, scale as our clients grow, and provide genuine, measurable value. That track record is the foundation everything we do stands on, and it is what our clients return to us for.
Where GreenShoots began
GreenShoots grew from a simple observation. Some of the people doing the most important work in the country were being held back by paperwork. Addiction treatment providers and supported housing organisations were relying on paper forms, filing cabinets and disconnected spreadsheets, and when a CQC inspection came around, that simply was not good enough. Evidence was scattered across folders and desks, and pulling together a clear picture of a client's care meant hunting through records that were never designed to talk to one another.
It was clear that having one system covering the entire client journey, from initial referral through to aftercare and every step in between, was not a nice to have. It was critical. So we applied more than a decade of software engineering experience to a platform built from the ground up for treatment and housing services, one that understands the real workflows, compliance obligations and reporting demands these teams face every single day.
