Yes. The Referral Dashboard breaks referrals down by referrer type and then lists every named referrer with their type and total, so you can see at a glance which relationships bring people to you and which have gone quiet.
The dashboard charts how long clients spend in each queue on the way to admission. If one stage of your process is consistently adding weeks to the wait, it shows up as a longer bar rather than staying hidden in individual records.
Yes. Cancellation reasons are counted and charted for both referrals and admissions, using your own list of reasons. Referrals with no reason recorded are shown honestly alongside the rest rather than being dropped from the totals.
Yes. The dashboard filters by date range, site and referrer. Referrals and cancellations are counted against the site the client was with at the time, so moving a client between sites does not move their history with them.
Yes. The whole dashboard downloads as a CSV for further analysis, or as a branded PDF containing every chart exactly as it appears on screen, a table of the underlying figures, and a summary of the dates, sites and referrer filter the report was run with.
